Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 November 2026

By using PromptHai (prompthai.in), you agree to these simple terms.

Using our prompts

You’re free to copy and use the prompts on PromptHai for your own photos, personal or commercial. Please don’t republish our prompts, example images or page text as your own collection or website.

Results can vary

AI tools change often, and the same prompt can give different results with different photos. Our example images show the style a prompt aims for. They are not a promise of an identical result.

Use photos you have the right to use

Only edit photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it. Don’t use our prompts to create misleading, harmful or explicit images of real people. You are responsible for the images you create and share.

Other services

ChatGPT, Gemini and other tools are run by their own companies. Their terms and usage limits apply when you use them. PromptHai is not connected to OpenAI or Google.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
